Now in its 8th year, Island
Children’s School Summer Program offers parents an 8 week day camp
experience for their preschool children. Activities are theme based,
craft oriented, and many days are spent outside on our large play yard,
picnicking, investigating nature, and enjoying water play. We also enjoy
field trips and weekly beach days at Lambert’s Cove.
We work to meet
parent’s needs and family vacation plans by offering flexible
scheduling, allowing attendance from 1-8 weeks and with variable
schedules including ½ days until 12:30 or full days until 3 PM.
We welcome inquiries
from summer residents and vacationers looking for a play group for their
children ages 2.5 to 6 years. Our 2 teachers and group of up to 15 children
will welcome you warmly.
Our summer program
operates under our license from the Department of Early Ed and Care. We do
require enrollment forms and documentation of immunizations and a
physical with in the past 12 months.
